Abstract

This article presents a dialogue-oriented approach to programme evaluation that aims to closely align with the information needs of programme coordinators while also actively involving students in quality enhancement. The process follows a three-phase design comprising an online survey with instantaneous result presentation, a moderated group discussion in a World Café format, and a concluding dialogue with teaching staff. This approach was originally developed within the HAW Hamburg Qualitätspakt-Lehre project Lehre lotsen. The article outlines the theoretical foundations and the steps involved in preparation and implementation, and shares practical insights from the Bachelor’s programme in Renewable Energy Systems.
