Reflecting on Impact: A Framework for Designing Learning-Centered Evaluation in the Context of Teaching and Learning

Abstract
How can impact reflection be implemented in practice in the context of teaching, curriculum, and higher education development? This article develops a conceptual framework for planning, implementing, and using evaluation in the sense of reflective impact analysis. It systematises descriptive dimensions for the design of evaluation projects, methodological approaches to data collection, and principles for a reflective approach to evaluation results. The focus is on an understanding of evaluation that is not primarily intended for control and legitimation, but rather supports understanding, learning, and reflective practice.
