Abstract
The long-term involvement of students in teaching-learning networks is challenging for teachers and students. Nevertheless, student participation in teaching networks is essential for a participatory teaching-learning culture. Results from a workshop of the working group Communitybuilding for Communitybuilders at the University Future Festival 2024 show different perspectives on the cooperation of students and teachers in teaching-learning networks and how challenges can be tackled. The reflection of power relations, the establishment of transparent communication channels and the adaptation of institutional framework conditions are central components.
