Abstract
How can higher education empower students to take social responsibility and actively shape the future? This article presents a student-initiated catalogue of topics that was developed as part of the HAW Hamburg 2030 strategy process. Its aim was to integrate key societal issues – from democratic education to the climate crisis – into university curricula. A report on student participation in university development and the search for topics that can make students fit for the future.
